Attorney Network Membership Request

WorkLife Law’s Attorney Network is a free membership organization for plaintiffs’ attorneys litigating issues related to family responsibilities discrimination (FRD), including pregnancy, lactation, and caregiving.

WorkLife Law assists Attorney Network members by consulting on litigation-related issues, advising about important cases and legal trends, providing sample pleadings and other resources, and assisting with appeals.

In addition, Attorney Network members can request that their contact information be sent to employees in their state who contacted the WorkLife Law Helpline about FRD claims. Network members decide whether to represent the potential plaintiffs and make their own fee arrangements.
