Linzay Davis headshot photoLinzay Davis is the founder and CEO of Hello, Bundle, a parental leave consulting agency dedicated to helping new and expecting parents navigate their benefits and take the longest, most financially supported leave possible. Her path to that work was forged in personal experience: after her second parental leave, Linzay discovered she had missed out on three months of paid leave simply because no one had told her to apply. She channeled that experience into action—founding Hello, Bundle in 2021 to ensure other parents would have the benefit of their full paid leave protections. In the years since, her organization has helped thousands of working parents maximize their parental leave benefits across the country.

Linzay deeply understands how confusing and inadequate the parental leave landscape can be for workers, especially those who are already stretched thin. Her expertise will be an invaluable asset as WorkLife Law continues breaking down barriers so all workers can access the paid leave they’ve earned and need.

“I’m excited to join the Advisory Board of WorkLife Law, whose impact I’ve seen firsthand through the families we support at Hello, Bundle. Too often, pregnant workers and caregivers receive incomplete or inaccurate information about their rights and face barriers when trying to assert them. WorkLife Law’s research, policy leadership, and accessible direct support are critical in closing that gap. I’m proud to work alongside a team so deeply committed to advancing gender equity and strengthening the protections that allow all working families to thrive.”

WorkLife Law is fortunate to have Linzay’s perspective—rooted in her own story and years of helping parents navigate a system that too often fails them—informing our research and advocacy. Her leadership will be instrumental in advancing our mission of ensuring all people have the freedom to build and maintain economic security through employment and educational opportunities, without having to sacrifice their health or their loved ones’ care.
